This application is for New DJ's for Fall Semester DJ shifts. You must complete this application in order to be eligible for the Fall 2010 semester.

If you have a co-host/s, remember that the co-host must put in separate applications.

The deadline for this application is 11:59 p.m. on July 24, 2010. If you have any issues filling out the form, please email sm@umslradio.com. The form opens up with no issues in any UMSL computer lab on campus.
